Happiest Place on Earth!
"Years ago while my husband was a Resident in the Health Center, I used to visit the Residents in Independent Living in the Village. I loved it so much that I sold my big home and moved to Westminster Village, my new huge home.
Westminster Village is the happiest place on Earth! It is the only place to be for retirement. We have exercise every day, weekly card games, shopping, good evening entertainment, Bible Study, etc. and great food in the beautiful dining room. It is carefree living with no worries!" - Della Stafford
Get Your Independence Back!
"Living at Westminster Village has provided me with the independence and convenience I desired after losing much of my vision.
Previously I was dependent on family and friends to meet my needs. Now the Village van takes me to medical appointments, grocery and mall area shopping, my volunteer duties at Ball Hospital, and anywhere else I need to go.
Having a bank, beauty shop and sundry shop makes life even more convenient. It's a quality life again!"

New Residents Arrive
"
Over the five long weeks of nesting, I was able to keep a close eye on our pair of swans.
As hatching time approached, I would marvel at the daily pilgrimage of our residents as they traveled the walkway to the deck for a progress check.
Conversation in the Village always turned to the number of eggs, when they would hatch and the diligence of the pair.
As the long awaited event unfolded, I felt the presence of great love in the hearts of the residents for these beautiful creatures and the miracle of life we were witnessing.
I am truly grateful to have been able to share such a positive experience with all my wonderful friends at Westminster."

Right at Home at Westminster Village
"My Mother, Mary Anna Beasley, feels right at home living at Westminster Village - a retirement center with a warm and inviting atmosphere! The Westminster community helped my Mom adapt to her changing life circumstances after my father passed away.
It has everything she needs at this stage of her life, which gives my brothers and me peace of mind knowing that she is in the hands of caring staff.
Mary Anna enjoys participating in a variety of activities at Westminster that provide structure to her day and social interaction with the other residents. She gets her day off to a great start by attending an exercise class that gets her "up and at em."
On Monday afternoons, Mary Anna has fun playing Dominos with some of the other residents. Then on Thursdays she takes on an adventurous spirit as she and a group of like minded residents from Westminster, calling themselves the "Lunch Bunch," explore various cuisines of Muncie and the surrounding area. On Friday afternoons, mom always looks forward to
attending a good movie, shown in the Westminster media room, and partaking of the best popcorn in Muncie!
Also, Mary Anna enjoys attending a wide variety of terrific entertainment that is provided in house at Westminster on a regular basis. In addition, she and the other residents take advantage of the opportunity to attend various cultural events in the community. Mary Anna appreciates not having to prepare meals anymore and looks forward to dining with other residents as they enjoy delicious 3-course meals in an elegant setting. Friends and family are always welcome. My mom and I appreciate the beautiful grounds and picturesque setting at Westminster. We enjoy taking walks and admiring the lovely gardens. Also, it is fun to feed the ducks and swans and relax in the gazebo overlooking the pond. It is truly an idyllic setting!
You can see why Mary Anna and 'the kids' are truly grateful for all that is provided by this outstanding retirement center. Mom sums it up best by saying, "I really like it here at Westminster! It is very pleasant and has a wonderful atmosphere…I feel very much at home!" - Cathy Beasley Brinker
Who Could Ask For Anything More?

"I have lived at Westminster Village for many years and still consider it as the best move I ever made, even though it was not a move by choice.
I live in one of their beautiful apartments. It was a large private room with a large private bath and furnished with my own items. I have the same privileges here that I had before the move. I became involved in the activities at Westminster and have made many new friends. We also have a variety of activities in which we can participate and programs that are cultural and entertaining such as attending church regularly, Kiwanis meetings, going to the Muncie Symphony, seeing the Artist Series at Emen's Auditorium and attending the Civic Theatre. There is transportation provided for a small fee to appointments, and the cultural and entertaining activities at Ball State and elsewhere. I still drive my own car, play golf once or twice a week and do some travelling.
Probably one of the best things about living here that I enjoy most of all, is the fact that I don't have to worry about mowing the yard, removing the snow, cooking the meals, washing the dishes and performing maintenance or paying property taxes.
I love it here at Westminster Village and am glad I made the move when I did! Who could ask for anything more?"

Life Here is Good!
"In Albany, Indiana, a long time ago, there lived a boy whose teacher wrote home: Dale is a pleasure to teach (math). He has such a nice attitude. That student, Dale Lindley, became a CPA and eventually the President of Westminster Village in Muncie.
Many years later I, the teacher, came to Westminster Village to live in a lovely apartment. I am no longer his teacher, but I am still enjoying his "nice attitude" and this great place! Time has a way of switching things around and being good to us! The people here are kind, the food is good, the staff is exceptional, the grounds are beautiful and Dale is a fine director.
I no longer have Dale as a student, but now have him as a friend." - Mary Moore
Extremely Pleased

"My wife and I became residents of Westminster Village in May 2008. We made the decision to move here quickly when Carroll became ill during a weekend visit with family members in Muncie. Although we had discussed the possibility of moving to a continuing care retirement community from time to time, this episode of illness helped finalize our decision. Consequently, in one week's time, we decided to sell our home in South Carolina and move immediately to Westminster Village.
The staff at Westminster Village could not have been more helpful in facilitating this quick move. We were provided a furnished one bedroom apartment until a spacious two bedroom unit became available. Furniture continued to be provided until our home was sold and our belongings arrived from South Carolina. Members of the maintenance and housekeeping staff were very helpful throughout this process.
We have been extremely pleased with the facilities and services here at Westminster Village. We enjoy independent living with the knowledge that a full range of support and health services are available as needed.
Prior to retirement, I spent my career in the education of health services administrators at leading universities throughout the country. I can attest to the fact that Westminster Village is a well-managed organization with administrators and staff committed to high quality patient care and service to the residents. Staff members are well trained, capable and caring. The management team stays in close touch with operations and quickly responds to any problems that come up. We could not be more pleased with our decision to move here."

A Dream Come True
"I always wanted to see the Wild West but never had the chance.
Since I moved to Westminster Village, I have made two Dream Trips to Laramie, Wyoming.
It is so easy to travel when you don't have to worry about leaving the house unattended.
Thanks Westminster, for helping to make my dream come true." - Bob McGinnis
