Dear Residents, Families and Staff:

This is a reminder that each day we are updating our COVID-19 status on our website at and on our in house digital signs.  In accordance with ISDH guidelines, we are providing additional data related to any New Positive Cases in the last 24 hours and Total Recoveries.

Our website also contains all communications shared during this crisis that includes information about how we are handling this COVID-19 situation including:

  • Actions we have implemented to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission

Our Visitation Policy continues as follows:

No Visitors are allowed in the building.  This includes resident visitations to the health center as well as visitations from friends and family from the outside.  We encourage families and friends to stay connected by telephone calls, cards, letters, texts, Facebook, Skype, FaceTime and other forms of social media.

We continue to screen and check temperatures of all employees upon entrance into the building before the start of their shift.  Residents are also screened daily for signs and symptoms as well as a temperature check.  All employees and residents are wearing face masks.

Also included is a Fact Sheet – COVID-19 AND NURSING HOMES – What Residents and Family Need to Know.
