Westminster Village Muncie Announces New Executive Management

The Board of Directors of Westminster Village has announced the appointment of Mary Jo Crutcher as President and Administrator and Dustin Jones, CPA as Chief Financial Officer, both effective October 15, 2021.

Mary Jo Crutcher, currently Vice President and Co-Health Facility Administrator will assume the position of President and sole Administrator upon the retirement of Dale Lindley.

Mary Jo Crutcher joined Westminster Village in August of 1999 as the Vice President of Health Services and Assistant Health Facility Administrator. A life-long resident of Delaware County, Mary Jo attended Muncie Central High School and Ball State University. On July 1, 2005, she became the Vice President and assumed the role as Co-Administrator. Mary Jo has grown up in the long-term care field and began working in a health care facility in 1974. As a CNA since 1975 and a licensed Health Facility Administrator since May 1979, with more than 40 years in Health Care Management she is eminently qualified to assume the executive leadership of Westminster Village.

Dustin Jones, CPA

Financial officer upon the retirement of Dale Lindley. In September 2019, Dustin Jones joined Westminster Village as the Finance Director where he has been responsible for day-to-day financial operations, cash management and budget management. He has more than nine years of experience in public accounting, is a lifelong Delaware County resident and a graduate of Ball State University. Dustin previously served as Treasurer for Muncie Delaware Clean and Beautiful and the East Central Indiana Estate Planning Council. Dustin received his CPA certification in February of 2020.

John Littler, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors offered the following comment. “Dustin came to Westminster Village with a strong background in finance and accounting and immediately made an impact providing leadership in many areas along with his finance acumen. He is a strong resident and patient advocate and has made our management team stronger than ever before.”
